Our Services

The Sōma Collective offers intentional, whole-person care designed to nurture healing, growth, and sustainable well-being. Our services—ranging from individual therapy to professional supervision and organizational consulting—are all held with the same foundation: presence, nervous system awareness, and relational depth.

More than what we offer is how we hold the work: spaciously, collaboratively, and with respect for your pace. Each path is an invitation into deeper connection—with yourself, your relationships, your community, and your purpose.

Individual Therapy

A supportive space to deepen self-understanding and strengthen your ability to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience. Rooted in evidence-based practices and somatic awareness, our work focuses on building coping skills, improving relationships, and exploring the patterns that shape how you move through the world. Together, we identify what serves you—and what no longer does—so you can move forward with intention and balance.

Organizational Wellness Consulting

Custom support for teams, leaders, and mission-driven organizations seeking to foster emotional well-being at work. We design workshops, trainings, and leadership consulting that promote psychological safety, prevent burnout, and integrate trauma-informed care. Partnerships can be offered as one-time sessions or ongoing collaborations, available virtually or on-site.

Independent Psychological Evaluations

Independent Psychological Evaluations are provided for personal injury attorneys and related professional contexts to assess the psychological and emotional impact of injury, accidents, or significant life events. These evaluations offer clinically grounded, objective insight into symptom presentation, functional impairment, and overall psychological well-being as it relates to daily life, work, and relationships.

Evaluations are independent and clinical in nature and are not forensic assessments, IMEs, or determinations of legal fault, causation, or capacity.

Clinical Supervision

A supportive and reflective space for emerging and licensed therapists to grow with intention. Supervision invites you to deepen your clinical voice, strengthen boundaries, and integrate evidence-based practice with authenticity and care.
